70% Garnacha Tintorera, 30% Mandó, a rare indigenous Valencian grape. Partially destemmed; fermented in tank and stone lagars; 4 months in subterranean clay amphorae. Wild strawberry, dried fig, garrigue, a savory meaty note. Fresh, medium-bodied.
