90% Mondeuse, 10% Persan from vines rooted directly into hard limestone bedrock. Two weeks semi-carbonic; aged in fiberglass; minimal sulfur. A sought-after Savoie bottling at just 9.5% ABV. Violet, black plum, cracked pepper, sappy red fruit.
