50% Pinot Noir, 50% Gamay from biodynamic vines planted in 1928 on clay-limestone in Volnay. Concrete ferment, aged 15-18 months in used oak, unfiltered. Red cherry, raspberry, earthy sous bois. Pinot's fine tannins meet Gamay's lean, juicy energy.
