PICK UP IN STORE:

• Orders placed to be picked up in store must be picked up during business hours. If the order was paid for online, you must pick up the order same day or during the next business day that the shop is open.

DELIVERY:

• Once an order is confirmed, the delivery window is 2 hours from confirmation. Customers should expect to be home and able to accept delivery during the next 2 hours. Scheduled delivery is not available at this time.
• Same Day delivery order cut off time is 1 hour before shop close. Tues - Thurs: 7pm cut off, Friday & Sat: 8pm cut off, Sunday: 5pm cut off 
• Orders placed off hours will be delivered immediately when the shop is back open for business.
• Delivery fee is $10.00 per order. 
• Customer must be present and show valid ID for delivery. If the customer is not present to accept the delivery or does not have valid ID, customer is responsible for delivery fee & tip but will be refunded for the product(s).
• If the delivery driver cannot access the property for delivery, the customer is responsible for delivery & tip, but will be refunded for the product(s).
• If the customer cancels the order once the delivery has left Elemental Spirits Co., the customer will be responsible for the delivery fee & tip, but will be refunded for the product(s).
• Delivery is restricted to City of Atlanta addresses only. If a customer places an order for delivery outside of the acceptable delivery zone, the order will automatically be cancelled and the customer will be notified to place the order again for pick up in store.

RETURNS:

• Products cannot be returned per Georgia Law. All sales final.

ORDER CLAIMS & HOLDS:

• Orders will be held for up to six (6) months. If an order has not been picked up within that time, and reasonable attempts to contact the customer have been made, the shop reserves the right—at its discretion—to return the item to inventory. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
